- 2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
- 3 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Black salt
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp per 1/4 pound of crumbled tofu
Place leftover in tightly sealed container for next time
