I don’t consider myself a recipe creator but I might have to rethink that if I keep coming up with stuff like this. Super easy dressing to make and comes together quickly.
I had a ton of avocados to use and this seemed like the perfect way. I used this on a mixed salad and it really hit the spot. Here’s the salad that I topped it with.
It has romaine, endive, spinach, red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, tomato, peppers, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and crispy tofu.
Vegan Creamy Avocado Dressing
A nice thick creamy oil free dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 6 Tbsp Hemp hearts
- 2 pitted dates
- 6 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth.
