This is a failsafe fallback dressing for me that is quick and easy to throw together, seems to always please and likely goes with any salad that I assemble.
I usually make with balsamic or 1/2 balsamic and 1/2 red wine vinegar but have done with just red wine vinegar and is just as tasty. Could likely switch with ACV or any vinegar for that matter.
The blender isn’t required but I just find it easier than shaking the jar. Typically will just screw a standard blender blade to the mason jar and blend in that.
Vinaigrette Dressing
